Meeting and exceeding product sales
Gift Card Sales
Growing Service Revenue
Team Retention
Coaching in the moment
Overall Guest Service
Guest Complaints
Daily and Monthly Environment Walkthroughs
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
Perform opening and closing duties
Proper payment handling
Inventory/product ordering
Communication to direct manager daily
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of management experience with emphasis in retail sales and leading a team of 5+ employees
Open availability with no restrictions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with all types of personalities
Outgoing and driven
Multitasker
Solid computer skills
