This is a part-time position assisting the Property Manager with Administrative tasks. This job is hybrid and some traveling is required to the properties. This position will need a reliable cell phone and transportation.
Part-time about 10 hours a week, hours may increase. Flexible hours and some weekends may be needed. Real Estate background preferred.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Property Management application (Buildium)
Responsible for answering tenant’s requests
Managing work orders
Distribute work orders to the Maintenance Manager or contact a contractor,
Assist with prioritizing Maintenance Manager’s daily tasks/jobs
Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and maintenance
Assist and advertising vacant units
Showing vacant units and assist with the application process
Investigating and resolving property complains and rental violations
Be the liaison between Property Manager and Tenants
Various administrative support functions
Qualifications

Property Management experience preferred but willing to train
Knowledge of MS Office
