Rent Portland Homes Darla Andrew's Office is Hiring a Full Time Leasing Outgoing Agent!
You will be in the office and out in the field showing single-family homes, condos, and townhomes.
This is a full-time position that will need an aggressive salesperson who enjoys talking with people, reaching out, and being on the road.
This position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Medical Insurance Benefits are available.
Mileage is reimbursed for all company travel .55 cents per mile.
A clean driving record (you will need to provide MVR through DMV) and a reliable vehicle are required for this position.

Please bring proof of ID & social security card (or a passport to count as both). A valid license is also required to finalize this position.

We are looking for the following skills:
- Leasing, property management, or real estate experience.
- Enjoys driving, and seeing new parts of the Portland metro area.
- A people person.
- Detailed Oriented.
- Happy to communicate with owners, potential tenants, and coworkers consistently throughout the day.
Duties will include the following:
- Tracking property vacancies and traffic.
- Reaching out to guest cards for vacant properties.
- Schedule showings.
- Schedule signage as needed for vacant properties.
- Reporting issues at homes as needed for vacant properties.
- Completing showings around the greater Portland metro area.
- Send out invites for showings.
- Manage property listings and advertisements on Craigslist, and Appfolio software
- Keep the showing calendar updated.
- Creating Lease Agreements.
- Update and communicate showings and leases with owners.
