Property Management Experience with AppFolio a plus but not mandatory.
- Candidate should be Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Candidate should have reliable transportation/vehicle.
- A people person.
- Good computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Duties will include the following:
- Reaching out to guest cards about showings
- Scheduling showings
- Completing showings around the greater Portland metro area
- Manage property listing and advertisements
- Photographing new properties
- Screening prospective tenants
- Creating lease agreements
- Update & communicate showings and leases with owners
