Rent Portland Homes Darla Andrew's Office is Hiring a Leasing Agent
This is a Part-Time Position that will require the candidate to be a people person who enjoys talking and interacting with people! You must also like being out in the field and driving around the greater Portland Metro Area and surrounding areas like Gresham, Milwaukie, SE, Bethany, North Plains, Etc.
This position is on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 8am - 5pm.
Mileage is reimbursed for all company travel .55 cents per mile.
Must have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for this position. (Will require to provide a MVR through DMV)

Please bring proof of ID & social security card (or a passport to count as both). A valid license is also required to finalize this position.
Job Duties:
- Schedule Showings
- Show Vacant Properties (Single Family Homes, Condos, and Townhomes - Not Apartment Complexes)
- Must be able to learn and understand the software Appfolio.
- Receiving and relaying feedback to the leasing department.
- Answering calls and questions related to the available vacant properties and leasing criteria.
- Reach out to inquiries regarding the property.
- Send out invites for showings.
- Must be able to maintain the calendar for showings.
- Reporting issues at the properties, if applicable.

- Experience in Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Management
