Leasing Agent

Local property management company seeking additional team member specifically to fill vacancy.

Job Duties:

Be the initial point of contact with all prospective tenants.

Create and manage advertising print and online media

Provide clerical office assistance

Show available rental properties to potential tenants.

Process applications.

Create lease documents.

Perform Move In / Move Out Documentation paperwork, pics & videos

Qualifications:

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to speak and write in English. Speaking and writing in Spanish, as well, is a plus.

Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; Zillow apps; Rent Manager; and PCS internet software, and Canva.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license - MUST HAVE RELIABE PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION to quickly travel to multiple properties, over the course of a day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Generally, Monday to Friday position with some flexibility to show Evenings & Weekends, as needed.
