We are a home flipping company with 30 years of experience. Looking for someone willing to learn or someone with experience in one of the many fields we need help with. You will learn to install moldings, doors, Cabinets, paint, drywall, repair dry rot, install siding, windows, tile, landscaping, concrete etc., each day will be something new. Every month a new location another property, N, NE, SE, SW Portland, Wilsonville, Milwaukie, Gresham, Oregon City. You will be working with a small team, you will be supplied with all necessary tools, you will be working with and around air nailers, chop saws, tile saws, drills, etc., you will need to be a self starter, work independently, a reliable and consistent employee, some days will be hard, some easy, some in the rain and some all indoors. You will be trained an all trades, learn all codes. Your pay will increase as your knowledge and performance does.
You will need your own transportation
You will need to work 7:00AM-3:00PM Monday through Friday
This person will be working in a fast paced environment; if you have experience in any of the above skills we will show you how to do that skill faster and more efficiently. This is not like the home flipping shows you may have seen on tv, there are no mistakes, no surprises, and we don't have drama or fighting.
