Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Supervising Property Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for two historic 84-unit apartment communities of Doricourt and Carmelita Apartments.
The Supervising Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees.
You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from. We would love to see how you might fill our Supervising Community Manager role if you find the qualities above intriguing.
Location: Doricourt Apartments and Carmelita Apartments (Portland, OR)
Hourly Rate: $25 - $27/hr.
Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend
