Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent for the 554-unit affordable community of New Columbia Apartments, located in North Portland.
The Affordable Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, conducting property tours, promoting positive relations, and ensuring units are in optimal conditions for tours and move-ins. They must manage resident income certifications in compliance with the LIHTC program, oversee resident file setup and compliance, and collaborate with Home Forward for timely move-in file processing.

Location: New Columbia Apartments (North Portland)
Hourly Rate: $20-$22/hr.
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
