Summit is looking for an Assistant Mangers to join our existing team in Happy Valley at a larger apartment community. Work schedule would be Tuesday - Friday from 9 - 6 and Saturdays from 9 - 5.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years prior property management leasing experience, customer service skills, consistent work history, and working knowledge of State of Oregon Tenant Landlord laws. Experience with AppFolio and Tenant Tech forms a plus.
This position includes hourly wage, monthly bonus potential (rental and lease renewal), and excellent benefit package.
