Duties - Drive Properties and Door Knock Houses. Cold Calling and Appointment Setting.
Pay - This will be a salary plus commission paid position.
Salary - $2,000 per month. Pay schedule is the 1st and 15th each month.
8% commissions earned on each closed deal. Our Revenue on each deal ranges from $5,000 - $100,000. Commissions paid on the 15th of each month.
Typical Sales cycle - 30/60 days
Experience needed - ZERO, we are looking for motivated individuals with a go getter attitude.
