Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Support professional to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative and financial support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues assist promptly. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Handle order entry and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for financial tracking and reporting.
Create and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Manage email communications and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in office support, accounting, or related fields preferred.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
