$24.00 per hour (Starting)
8:00am – 4:00pm
Monday – Friday

Oregon Oils, Inc. is a locally owned and operated recycler of used cooking oils and grease trap material. We are a family owned and friendly company. We have been in business since 1992. Our company has quadrupled in size since then! We are growing quickly and are currently looking to add an additional member to our team.

QUALAFICATIONS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to type at least 50WPM
Office/customer service experience
Positive attitude and friendly to staff/ customers – This is very important to us!
Ability to work under several managers and juggle several projects at a time
Good verbal and communication skills
A team player
flexible with daily tasks
Problem solving and creative thinking skills
Okay with grease odors from technicians/ plant area
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Data Entry - Large part of this position
Set up new accounts
Audit and enter completed Work Orders
Reviewing routes with technicians
Communicating with technicians
Drafting, mailing, and follow up on service agreements
Send/receive service contracts with customers
Correspond with customers regarding contracts/ service agreements
Track customer service agreements
Answering phones and directing calls
Keeping a detailed call log of incoming calls
Copying / Filing / Purging Files
Assist Management with projects
Greet walk-in customers
Open & sort incoming mail
Sign for packages
Fold and stuff envelopes
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Faced paced working environment. Open office layout. Dual monitors, telephone headset, on personal desk. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and free coffee.

PDX Sick Time – Accrues in first year, use if needed – 40 hours per year
Three month waiting period before benefits are available

Oregon Oils PTO:
Second calendar year - 12 days
Seventh calendar year - 17 days
PTO does not have cap, won’t lose it if you don’t use it
