Job Title: Operation Coordinator

Location: Corporate office Eagle Creek, OR

Reports to: Project Management Dept.

Classification: $22+ (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated operations coordinator for our expanding construction company. In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our warehouse while also providing support for our office and project management staff. The ideal candidate will work directly with field supervisors, managers, and department heads, often at a hectic pace, so attention to details and super organizational skills are a must. Our current team includes 40 field workers and 6 office members and we’re looking for the right person to step in and become the link that solidifies our team.

Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to collaborate with Warehouse Tech. to help organize and priorities daily task for efficiencies in field project operations.

Manage inventory and restock as needed

Deliver material orders to jobsites on occasion

Load and unload job orders on PMG trucks as needed

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for an 8-hour shift

Ability to find the most efficient way to complete a task, and look for ways to improve operations and its processes.

Track equipment and vehicle maintenance logs, schedule maintenance and repairs as required, including DOT annual inspections

Office Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the office

Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed

Track vendor relationships and negotiate pricing on a regular basis

Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly

Assist in job scheduling

Organize and update files as needed

Assist HR in employee certifications and training requirements

Schedule and track employee accommodations for remote jobs

Variety data entry and monitoring tracking

Other duties as assign

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred

Has current driver’s license, good driving record

Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

Excellent phone etiquette

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft 365 products including outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to coordinate multiple schedules

Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving

Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of FieldFlo or other project scheduling software preferred.

Working Conditions

Office Environment (50%)

Warehouse Environment (50%)

Standard work week Mon-Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Occasional travel time for errands as needed.
