We are seeking to hire an Office Assistant for a 120-unit apartment community. The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as leasing apartments, answering phones, and touring prospects. This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.
A car, drivers license and car insurance are required. The Assistant Property Manager is eligible for benefits first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment that include heavily subsidized healthcare, fully covered dental and vision benefits and an employer matching Simple IRA plan.
Work cell phone and gas/mileage reimbursements are included.
