Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hours, Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm, Overtime as needed
The Installation Scheduler will coordinate and schedule daily work for installers, along with providing office administrative and warehouse support.
This position may require up to 2 weeks of paid travel for training.
The following is not necessarily inclusive of the requirements of this position.
Responsibilities:
Review installers paperwork for completion and accuracy on a daily basis.
Data entry of nightly work (Excel & Workforce).
Generate reports of daily installations for clients and /or managers.
Schedule the installation of advertising copy per client instructions.
Update inventory to include dated material and coordinate removals.
Create schedules to ensure all installations of advertising copy are on time and accurate.
Communicate with clients and managers on scheduling issues.
Monitor and update schedules to reflect changes in availability.
Support warehouse staff to ensure correct advertising copy is in shop, including receiving, preparing deliveries and organizing nights work.
Assist in the office, including, but not limited to ordering supplies, mail, filing, updating postings and calendars and maintain an organized and clean office.
Provide administrative support to managers and executives as needed.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Experience/ Licenses/ Certifications:
- Proven experience as a scheduler & administrative support
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in EXCEL (Mandatory), Microsoft Office & Data Entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, professionalism and have confidentiality. - Previous experience driving a forklift
- Valid Oregon Drivers License/ Clean driving record
