JOB SUMMARY
Superior Roofing is looking to hire immediately a front end, office admin to help assist with day-to-day office activities.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct all phone calls
Respond to customer inquiries for quotes and information in a prompt, courteous manner
Setting up estimate appointments and managing daily calendars
Compiling and sending estimates, contracts, invoices, and receipts
Resolve client issues
Provide general office administrative support
General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
Maintains office supplies
Place vendor orders, track deliveries, work with crew/staff to facilitate job production
Assisting with administrative duties and day-to-day tasks and other duties, as assigned
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven Customer Service experience in a professional/office setting
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word), Outlook and Adobe
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must possess sound decision-making skills and strong organizational skills
The ability to multi-task and work independently in fast paced, time sensitive environment
COMPENSATION
- Job Type: Full-time, 8am – 5pm
- Pay: Based on Experience, minimum starting pay $16-$18/hour
