As an Executive Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in optimizing business efficiency and supporting senior executives by acting as a critical liaison between departments, clients, and international partners. In this dynamic position, you'll contribute directly to driving sales targets, maintaining communication with global stakeholders, and supporting key marketing and financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Be the trusted partner for the CEO, CFO, and International Sales Manager by managing communications, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination across global time zones and departments.

Market Research & Sales Support: Conduct research to support sales efforts, gathering insights into domestic and international markets, competitors, and trends.

Travel & Logistics Management: Organize executive travel and maintain visa and passport documentation for smooth international operations.

Meeting Coordination: Plan and execute high-level meetings, including Board of Directors sessions, ensuring every detail is organized and documented.

Confidentiality & Financial Support: Manage sensitive financial documents, assist with budget tracking, and support executive presentations and strategic planning.

Marketing & CRM Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on digital initiatives and CRM implementation to help expand the company’s reach.

Technology & Administrative Support: Coordinate IT service requests, keeping the executives equipped and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and manage relationships across international borders.

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate matters.

A high level of tech-savviness and proficiency in digital tools and systems.

The ability to speak additional languages is a plus!

This position is 100% in -office, M-F, 8-5. (some after hours & weekends on infrequent occasions)
