Skills and Experience
Great professional written and verbal communication skills
Legible handwriting and thorough note taking skills
Intermediate technology skills including the ability to use email, Google Calendar, and Zoom on a Mac
A high school diploma. At least some college credits completed a plus
Professional office, customer service, or retail experience a plus
Skills in graphic design, video production, copy writing, web development, or social media is not necessary but a plus
Duties Include
Engaging over the phone, email, and in person with prospective clients that have shown interest in our music lesson programs
Building rapport, identifying needs and questions, and providing information and guidance to prospective clients during a 30 minute consultative, in person meeting
Facilitating enrollment, welcoming new students and families, and facilitating re-enrollment for current and former clients
Updating our CRM and following up with prospective and new clients to ensure their needs and expectations are being met
Helping to build and implement marketing campaigns that attract more prospective students
Hours and Compensation
$19.00 per hour
Part-Time (10-15 Hours per week)
Flexible schedule, will need to work at least 2 weekday nights from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
at our location in Tigard, Oregon

From our main location in Tigard, Oregon we serve hundreds of students and families. Our core customers are families with children between the ages of 5 and 15 looking for the best place to start music. In addition, approximately 25% of our students are adults starting music studies for the first time or rediscovering music after many years without it.
