We seek an outgoing, friendly individual representing our family-oriented company and positively impacting our clients and customers with their attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. We are especially interested in someone comfortable with the construction industry. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Experience with using computer programs such as MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software.

Show an interest in plumbing

Closing the office as needed

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

Capability and willingness to take on additional duties as necessary

Communicate effectively and promptly, both verbally and in writing

Distributing mail and preparing outgoing mail

Basic mathematical skills

Typing speed 45 WPM or more

Filing, office phone back-up, data entry, scanning, copying

Office /shop janitorial work

Other administrative tasks and projects as identified and assigned

Experience in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented

Education/Certificates/Licenses/Registration/Experience:

High school diploma or GED

Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation

Previous customer service experience/entry-level administration
