An entry-level position is now available at a legal document process serving company. Candidates must be capable of typing at least 60 words per minute. Compensation is determined by experience, and training will be provided to suitable applicants.
Role Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases with high speed and accuracy
Ensure data integrity and support both administrative and operational functions through meticulous record keeping
Input data from diverse sources, including paper documents and digital files
Review entries for errors or inconsistencies and resolve any issues
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Prepare and sort documents prior to data entry
Respond to data requests and provide general administrative support
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is advantageous
Typing proficiency of 60 wpm or higher
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QuickBooks, and Adobe
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic math skills

This is a strictly in-office position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required when the workload increases. Starting pay is $18 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn more as you acquire new skills.
