We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.
You will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting/payroll/admin department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of important information
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with scanning, filing documents and purchase receipts
- Assist with end of day paperwork procedures
- Manage and update daily/weekly/monthly spreadsheets
- Support office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
