Experience Required: We are looking for positive individuals who want to be part of a collaborative, hard-working, fast paced team. It’s our job to get you familiar with the industry regulations, and technology, as you work alongside with our Bid Manager and peers.
Schedule:
M-F 8-4:30
This position is located at our office in Battle Ground, WA
What Your Day Looks Like:
Perform necessary clerical functions to support the Estimating Department
Photocopy and scan for distribution or archiving as needed
Maintain various tracking spreadsheets
Setup bid folders and help manage working bid documents
Download bidding documents and adding project to bid schedule for new jobs
Send Bid Schedule out every morning- Includes checking addenda as well as mentioning job walks
Scheduling job walks
Physically attend Bid Drops and job walks
Reach out to COBID contractors when assigned
Request Bid Bonds
Other duties as assigned
More About You:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum (3) years previous office experience required
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets required
Ability to prioritize
Superior attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Wage DOE- $20-25 per hour.
