Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetician Duties:
Provide a range of medical grade skincare services, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services and products.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Current state license as an aesthetician, and laser certified
Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
