We are builder looking for a part time Office Assistant/Admin PART TIME in office business hours.
Must have experience in an office environment.
We need a professional, intelligent, reliable, dedicated, flexible, hard working person with a cheerful personality willing to assist with daily office responsibilities and work toward making our company a success.
-Must be proficient with MS Office programs especially Excel. Some Quickbooks experience is helpful.
-Able to track, manage, and organize multiple projects productively.
-Able to learn new programs, process, and office systems.
-Be able to assist in information gathering and problem solving.
-Have some experience with, payables, receivables, office organization, payroll, and other basic office skills.
-Have own transportation.
