Seeking a Hospitality Coordinator for Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. The ideal candidate requires a welcoming, polite and customer service minded individual. This is a part-time position. This is a 10-12 hour a week position. Every Sunday from 7:30 - 1:30 and other times as needed.
Job Requirements:
Organizational skills.
Management and recruiting of volunteers.
Willingness to be part of a cohesive team.
Employee will be handling personal information on a regular basis and will be expected to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Example of Duties:
Set up Sunday hospitality for 3 masses.
Organize and supervise the Parish volunteer hosts.
Direct the weekly clean-up
Assist with Wedding/Funeral planning
Successful candidates will enjoy interacting with parishioners and volunteer hosts, welcoming visitors and
assisting them in registering and learning about our parish.
The position is part time and hours are flexible. All employees are required to complete a background check and child protection training. Practicing Catholic preferred but not required.
