We have an immediate opening for a bakery associate to work at our SE Portland location. We produce wholesale bread products for the food service industry. (We are NOT a retail bakery).
You will be working in a manufacturing environment and will be on your feet most of your shift. You must be able to lift up to 45lbs. We will teach you how to Mix, Bake, Slice, Package and Palatize our products. We are hiring for a permanent part-time position. A typical work week is 20-30 hours Monday thru Thursday. (Occasionally Friday). Depending on orders, our work day begins at 6:30AM and ends anywhere from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
Additional duties include cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining a safe work place. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to multi-task.
