Software Trainer/IT Support SpecialistWilsonville, ORDirect Hire, Full Time$60-65kWe're hiring a Software Trainer/IT Support Specialist to assist with employee training and development and provide IT support for one of our local clients in the Wilsonville area! This role involves identifying training needs, developing programs, and helping employees with hardware and software issues. Additionally, you'll coordinate with our external IT support team.SummaryWe are seeking candidates with comprehensive experience in software training, particularly in platforms such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Additionally, proficiency in setting up templates for new employee onboarding within an ERP system is essential, alongside providing continuous guidance on software utilization best practices. The role involves configuring dashboards within the new ERP system and assisting in their implementation when needed. Furthermore, responsibilities include monitoring training progress, ensuring completion, and verifying effective utilization of the acquired skills by employees.Duties & Responsibilities:Support employee training and development by finding or creating training materials, organizing training activities, and assessing effectiveness.Coordinate virtual and in-person learning experiences like 'lunch and learn' sessions.Manage training content, assign training tasks, and maintain records.Provide technical support and development for our enterprise management system.
