As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and uphold our standards of excellence.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance in our manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our product quality and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and consistency.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and compliance with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Lead training programs for production staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.

Quality Assurance Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Control role at a manufacturing facility

Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and experience implementing them in a production environment.

Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), HAACP and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay range: $55,000 - $75,000 a year

Schedule: Monday-Friday
