POSITION: Project Manager
Work with customers and designers to develop project scope, objectives, and budget
Create a detailed work plan to successfully complete project
Ensure resources, materials, and labor availability and allocation
Select and manage project staff according to skill levels and availability, regularly evaluating progress and quality of work
Monitor progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary
Analyze and successfully manage project risk factors
Establish a communication schedule to update customers, management, and employees involved on the progress of the project
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience in trade-show, exhibit, or retail display manufacturing
Leadership skills to motivate and resolve conflicts
Time management, good organization and ability to accurately set priorities
Math and budgeting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate efficiently and respectfully with customers, vendors, and employees.
