Responsibilities
Works with production team to assemble key components of Super Pacific Products, including X1, Cloud Cap, and tent production
Daily output within product category KPI within 4 weeks
Records and reports completed work daily
Supports other team members as directed by supervisor
Required skills and qualifications
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Routinely
Must be able to stand at workstation 8 hours per shift
Familiarity and proficiency with hand-based power tools
Metal fabrication and assembly safe practices
Strong decision-making ability
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
A passion for the outdoors
Preferred skills and qualifications (What tools are great to have for this position)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Capable of troubleshooting issues as they arise
1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
