We are looking for someone to help make MDF patterns for castings and molds. We have 5-Axis routers and need someone to come on an as needed basis. Hours could be what works best for you.
This would be freelance type of work and as we get orders for new molds and need a pattern made we would contact you. We can supply the mold file or if you have experience making the file we can supply the computer, CNC, and supplies.
The patterns we need are MDF glued together and machined on the 5-axis CNC, and then lightly sanded. Looking for someone who has experience.
We will supply everything needed. We don't make enough to have someone full time but it would likely be 4-5 times a month a mold is needed to be made.
