Provides leadership and support to the maintenance team. Manages processes to ensure productivity and reliability goals are met.
Manages maintenance organization including staffing levels and general job duties to meet expectations.
Ensures Safety program is prioritized and complied with including but not limited to lock out/ tag out, safe work planning and safety meetings.
Trains, directs, supervises and evaluates maintenance team to increase productivity and improve costs.
Oversees the systematic definition and implementation of preventive, predictive and essential care maintenance processes in pursuit of optimization.
Background in proven expertise in application of maintenance practices, advanced troubleshooting and problem solving.
Requires strong planning and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
