Right now, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Woodworker to bring precision, creativity, and craftsmanship to every project. Whether it’s custom furniture, cabinetry, or architectural millwork, you’ll be working with top-quality materials and tools to create stunning, durable pieces that truly stand the test of time.

Key Responsibilities

· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications

· Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

· Operate and maintain equipment such as table saws, routers, planers, and jointers

· Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and durability

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

· Repair or restore wooden items as needed

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a woodworker, carpenter, or cabinetmaker

· Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

· Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Familiarity with safety standards and procedures

· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus

Preferred Skills

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cabinetry / commercial retail / trade show manufacturing field.

· Experience with CNC machinery or CAD software

· Knowledge of different wood types and their properties

· Creative problem-solving and design input

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
