Monitor and analyze performance data to continuously improve efficiency and output.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all CNC operations.

Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and production schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a CNC environment, ideally with a focus on composite materials or other aerospace applications.

Expertise in operating and programming 5-axis CNC machines for composite materials, including tooling boards, honeycomb, and foam core.

Proven experience in developing machining processes and methodologies that enhance workflow and productivity.

Experience with low & high-density tooling boards, spraycore, putty, and other composite materials.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machining challenges.

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and drives continuous improvement.

Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and project management teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of CNC operators and programmers.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming, Mastercam preferred.

Strong understanding of aerospace, drone, and prototype project requirements, with the ability to deliver precise, high-quality results under tight deadlines.
