Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision parts to print
Program parts using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent) or at-machine conversational programming
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation
Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and CMM
Troubleshoot tooling, fixture, and process issues to maintain uptime
Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
No felony record. We are an FFL and may require random drug screenings.
5–10 years’ experience operating CNC lathes in a production environment
Proficiency programming with CAM or at-machine controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.)
Strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation skills
Demonstrated ability to hit tight tolerances (± 0.001″) and complex geometries
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (≈ $31–$38/hour), DOE
