KEY DETAILS:
Pay: $19-$22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Description: As a Speaker Assembler at Barefoot Sound, you will play a crucial role in the production of our premium studio monitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling and testing speaker components according to detailed specifications.
Ensuring the highest level of quality control and product consistency.
Collaborating with fellow engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Adhering to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Package finished product
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
Ability to follow technical instructions and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A passion for audio and music production (prior experience in audio-related fields is a plus).

Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
● Must be able to lift 30 lbs from floor level and transfer 50 lbs. from tabletop to tabletop.
● Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per day.
Additional requirements:
Experience and skillset in manufacturing, workshop or technical assembly environment.
Ability to work in teams and autonomously on assigned work.
Proficiency with a variety of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, professional reference check and provide proof of eligibility for employment in the United States upon hire.
