We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer and Canvasser to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products & services, as a Canvasser you will be going door to doo in select neighborhoods to offer homeowners free assessments and estimate. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with people, this role is perfect for you.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling to prospective customers to set free estimates for roofing, siding, or window replacement.
- Conduct door to door canvassing
- Engage homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect and record homeowner information for follow-up
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Market promotions and special offers to generate sales leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, technical sales, or inside sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product information clearly
- Knowledge of business development and marketing strategies
- Comfortable with technology sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Self motivated with high energy
Pay Range:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour
Total earning potential up to $8,000 per month through bonuses and commissions, on top of hourly rate.
