The Paid Media Specialist reports to the VP of Paid Media.
Summary
Formada offers a variety of paid media services to our clients including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic Display Ads, and more. Our paid campaigns build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote product sales.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience in conceiving, designing, developing, and maintaining paid media campaigns. Candidates should have prior experience regularly building campaigns in the platform, managing ad budgets, and effective audience targeting.
We pride ourselves on making data-oriented decisions and building thorough, dynamic campaigns using the industry’s latest tools. We want someone who is eager to learn the newest tools being rolled out by ad publishers.
All Formada team members, including the Paid Media Specialist, should be self-motivated, disciplined, and timely regarding all aspects of their work.
Job responsibilities include:
Conceive, design, create, and maintain paid media campaigns for a variety of publishers including
Google/Bing Ads (Including Display)
Meta Ads
Regular participation in client calls presenting campaign metrics, adjustments to strategy, content, and delivery
Effectively managing ad budgets and pacing campaigns according to schedule
Proactive campaign adjustments and optimization to drive growth and results
Coordinating and cooperating with team members to improve campaign performance
Reporting campaign performance to your manager and being accountable for its success
Test different creative, variants, headlines, and copy
Install thorough conversion tracking through our advertising and analytics tools
Determine and set audience targeting based on location, demographics, and interests
Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns thoughtfully
Optimize existing campaigns and make recommendations for improved performance
Track campaign metrics and make adjustments to strategy, content, and delivery
Keep up on latest paid media trends as they relate to paid media and optimize campaigns accordingly
Job skills and requirements
While the role is remote, applicants must be located in the Portland Metro area for internal and external meetings
Required 2+ years paid media campaign management experience in one of the following platforms
Google Ads
Bing Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Google Display Ads
Programmatic Display Ads
Samples of previous campaigns, creative, or landing pages are welcome
Associate’s degree minimum
Strong customer service skills required
Experience reporting to stakeholders the results of campaigns and budget spending to executives and stakeholders
Experience in professional public speaking/presentations
Experience with paid media campaign targeting, structure, and budget management
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other analytics/tracking software
Preferred experience with Unbounce or other landing page builders
Preferred experience with Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred experience with WordPress
Desire to learn more about campaign structure, all paid media channels, and optimization

Compensation & Benefits
Pay range starts at $52,000-$65,000 annually
Full-time position
Remote - Exceptions include biannual team building/planning meetings and annual in-person Partner client meetings
4 weeks of paid vacation
11 paid holidays
1 week paid winter break in December
Medical/Dental/Vision coverage at 70% for employee and 50% for dependents
