We are seeking a Membership & Marketing Manager or Assistant to join our team at Shawn Gardner Dancing.
We are a Dance, Fitness & Event Center hosting classes 7 days a week as well as private rentals such as Weddings, Quinceaneras and more!
Position will start at part-time 30 hours, with the opportunity to grow into full time.
Hours will be roughly 11-7PM Monday-Thursday with a later Friday shift two times a month.
This is a not a remote position. It will be at our location. Please do not ask if remote is ok.
Position will focus mainly on:
Membership Growth & Retention
Marketing for Membership as well as the private event side
Social media management & advertising
Website development and maintenance
Must have:
Extensive customer service background
Management experience a plus but not required
Self-starter mentality and very driven work ethic
Marketing experience & be up to date on all the latest trends with Facebook & Instagram
Website experience is a plus in Wix and/ or Word press
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.
Ability to connect with customers face to face with professionalism and enthusiasm
Sales experience a plus
We are looking for the right person to join the team.
Title and pay will be determined based on experience level.
Pay is hourly and DOE. Base + commission.
