Position Requirements:

Schedule – Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm – Additional Hours/Days may be required based on projects list. Occasional weekend and evening apartment showings scheduled.

Reliable transportation (auto insurance)

No criminal record

Physical ability to assist with delivering materials and clearing units as needed

High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

A positive outlook, team mentality and can-do attitude.

Must be a self-starter and manage yourself without constant direction.

Ability to manage multiple projects, daily tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience with MS, Excel, and Word.

Knowledge in Marketing, Posting on Multimedia.

Ability to problem solve and communicate, while coming up with solutions and putting systems in place to avoid future problems.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for marketing and leasing.

Focus on promoting the company's standards of quality, post/monitor social media and other paper/digital ads for the properties.

Responsible for seeking out and drawing leads into the company. This entails being creative and cost analyzing the per lead cost, being efficient with your time and creative in reaching different demographics depending on which complex is being advertised for.

Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials.

Communicate with leads, schedule showings, and set up move-ins and move-out reports.

Assist in reviewing and collecting information for tenant applications.

Process leasing applications, including requesting additional documentation and verification of submitted documents

Review and provide accurate monthly property reports.

Approve supply orders over the phone.

Manage company email and phone lines.

Travel, as required, to properties.

Encourage positive management-resident relations.

Interact with company owners and assist when needed with professional manner.

Odds and ends, office tasks include taking out garbage weekly and helping maintain a clean office space.
