I’m looking for an exceptional person to join my small company. You willhelp with, and learn, (mainly)online marketing for a range of clients and projects in the U.S. and abroad.

This will include in any one week:

Content marketing

Content creation for a variety of styles of content and channels

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Social media marketing

Paid search (PPC/SEM)

Copywriting

Using AI to generate content

Email marketing

So, the first requirement is that you should be comfortable using computersand the Internet! :-)

Who are you?

You're inquisitive and like to learn new things, try them out and retain them in your memory and skillset.

Open minded: you have a "can do"attitude.

Reliable: people who know you know that they can rely on you. You say what you will do, thendo what yousaid.

Trustworthy. I will run a background check and I will require two references who are not related to you. An unclean background check doesn't bar you but just be upfront about it.

Quick on the uptakebut also you retain new ideas well.

You seek to understand concepts and ideas.

Punctual: If you say you'll do something or be there at 9am, you don't roll up at 9:30 with an excuse that you missed the bus (one-offs are fine; but lateness is not a habit).

Motivated and driven.

If you're unsure about new things, that's fine: confidence can grow so if this appeals, don't be shy, apply!

You get stuff done!

Low drama.

You communicate well.

You want to learn and grow.

You like to work as a team.

You are good with a little uncertainty.

I don't mind if you graduated with a PhD or whether you dropped out of high school. What I do notice is that you have the right attitude to learn and apply new things and that you can focus and get thejob done. Brainstorming and creativity is good if you can also apply yourself and see the project through.

Tasks include:

Research using the Internet.Using computers.Writing both short and long content that is (primarily) informationaland moves people to take action.Using search engines and AI to conduct research, generate outputs, etc.General light office duties.Whatever else comes up!

The role is currently part-time perhaps 15-20 hrs a week. Remote work is possible but you should be able to come for some (paid) training in the Estacada area and have either transportation toget here or can take the bus (number 30).
