Tonkon Torp, a prominent, full-service firm in Portland, Oregon, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our busy Trusts & Estate Department immediately.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent organizational and proofreading skills, be able to coordinate with support teams and administrative agencies, and enjoy detailed work in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Hybrid work may be available after the first 30 days of employment.

The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of substantive estate planning, trust administration, and probate paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration procedures in Oregon
Experience preparing estate and trust accountings and estate and gift tax returns
Preparation of will summaries, petitions for probate, and proofs of subscribing witnesses to wills.
Proficiency drafting trusts, and trust funding documents and correspondence
Excellent keyboarding, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, firm members, and other professionals

Competitive salary ($73,000 to $108,750/year DOE)
