JJH Law is expanding its team!
JJH Law is hiring a full-time litigation and business attorney for its NW Portland office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years of experience representing business and individuals in commercial disputes, LLC member and shareholder actions, and employment law. Emphasis on precise written work product, research and motion practice skill set. Oregon State Bar admission is required, Washington State Bar admission is a plus. Some transactional experience would also be preferred for assistance with other business-related matters. The Firm will also consider Of Counsel relationships with more experienced attorneys who may be looking to supplement their current practice.
Compensation is DOE and incentive-based, and includes base pay/salary, origination compensation or commissions, comp for pre-existing client matters, health benefits package, SEP-IRA eligibility, and bonus. Work is in-person at JJH Law's collaborative and beautifully remodeled workspace but does offer flexible remote work opportunities and flexible work schedule.
