Hiring for dayporter for a campus in Beaverton, schedule is Friday-Tuesday, 7-3:30 half the year and 6-2:30 half they year.
As a Dayporter Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our client's campus in Beaverton. Your primary duties will include:
Cleaning windows to ensure a spotless and streak-free appearance.
Pressure washing walkways, walls, and other surfaces.
Graffiti removal to maintain a clean and appealing environment.
Safely using ladders and operating lifts to access higher areas.
Performing miscellaneous tasks as requested by the client or supervisor.
With no experience: starting pay for a trainee is $19.00 per hour with a probationary period within 60-90 days. After this you are eligible for a raise up to 2.50 depending upon how you fit in with the team and ability at that time. If you have experience then starting pay will be dependent upon experience.
Requirements: - Must have valid driver's license and good record -Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. -Ability to carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. -Must have reliable transportation. -Must have a cell phone for communication and also internet usage. (We have 3 company apps) - Must be able to work with heights (using and moving extension ladders.) The dayporter position involves a lot of time working independently so the role demands a person who is self-motivating. It involves removing and placing ladders on a tall truck. The role also requires being hunched over to inside the back of the work van to remove equipment.
