What you will be doing:
Managing the warehouse and product shipping areas
Coordinatingwith other departments to meet supply demands
Working with Production to plan their production schedule, and working with QA on hold times/spaces
Project planning, budgeting, staffing, training, and setting objectives
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to3 direct reports
Daily use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports
Ensure timely transportation of products to customers, and communicating with customers as needed
What you bring to the table:
3-5+ years of relevant experience (food manufacturing experience an asset)
Microsoft Excel experience
Thorough understanding of warehouse logistics
Strong communication skills (required to communicate with different departments, customers, and direct reports)
Previous supervisory or management experience, leading teams of up to 5
