Closets To Go is seeking an experienced cabinet installer to join our team.
We are a national company who manufactures high end custom cabinetry, closets & 5-piece shaker door fronts to both homeowners and other industry professionals who lack a manufacturing center. Our NEW European machinery and equipment are cutting edge and automate many tasks.
Our Installation Team works within new home construction & remodel environments so a background check is required.
Installation dates are scheduled in advance & involve multiple parties working together to ensure deadlines so being punctual & having onsite professionalism is paramount.
Communication with onsite Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers & oftentimes the homeowner will require proficiency in English.
Our ideal candidate will be groomed to take over the Installation Department as Manager if desired.
The ideal candidate will have:
a minimum of 3 years prior cabinet installation experience: finish scribing, crown molding, fascia, counter tops
great work ethic which includes being punctual and reliable
be agreeable to a background check
have a valid Oregon drivers license with a good driving record
reliable transportation
perform heavy lifting & manual labor as required
speak fluent English
have intimate knowledge of all types of installation processes & cabinet construction types
enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
be physically able to perform the job
be flexible in areas of work where most needed to accommodate a busy work schedule, including manufacturing, assembly and shipping departments
This is a full time position with early morning hours starting at 7am - 3pm M - F in downtown Tigard.
