Job Requirements and Responsibilities
2-5 years experience installing, sanding and finishing wood flooring.
Must be comfortable working with power tools including saws and sanders.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Job will include all aspects of hardwood floor installation, sanding and finishing along with finish trim work.
Must have strong attention to detail, pride in achieving high level results and integrity to do things right.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday with variable start and end times.
Weekends off.
Must have reliable transportation to and from company headquarters.
Must have a valid drivers license.

Compensation
Fully paid training starting between $25-$30/hour with promotion and advancement options within 3 months.
Raise and promotion opportunities depending on performance and execution of projects.
Project benchmark and timeline bonus structure.
Substantial room to progress into leadership and management roles.
Possibility of future profit sharing depending on performance and production.
