Shifts:
Team A 6am - 6:30pm, Sun - Wed/Tue
Team B 6pm - 6:30am, Sun - Wed/Tue
Team C 6am - 6:30pm, Wed/Thu - Sat
Team D 6pm - 6:30am, Wed/Thu - Sat
What You'll Do:
- Master the operator roles, responsibilities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your assigned area and equipment.
- Accurate Documentation: Complete all batch records and forms promptly and with precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and light maintenance as required by production schedules and SOPs.
Quality Control:
- Weigh, count, document, and verify materials, ensuring all products meet specifications.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas, equipment, and rooms clean and organized in line with SOPs.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify out-of-control events, stop operations if necessary, and resume once issues are resolved.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Capable of performing the physical requirements of the job, including moving and stacking materials.
- This location is not assessable by bus so you will need to have reliable transportation.
