Seeking to hire a talented and reliable contract cleaner to clean our short-term rental home in Government Camp. Hours will vary seasonally.
Position Title: Contract Housekeeper
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contract Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming first impression for our guests. At Magnum Management, we create memorable vacation experiences for our guests, preparing our homes for each stay with enthusiasm and care. Ideal candidates are hard-working, detail-oriented, consistent, team players who take pride in their contributions and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Vacation rental cleaning experience is necessary. Good communication skills, flexible work schedule (including weekends and holidays), attention-to-detail, willingness to adapt, and strong work ethic a must. Job duties consist of cleaning homes per our “Always Guest Ready” cleaning checklist.
Occasional interactions with rental guests require a friendly demeanor.
Additional Details:
Contract work as independent contractor
Paid per clean (pay frequency is typically monthly but negotiable)
Responsibilities:
Preparing our beautiful home for guest stays
Restock guest supplies
General cleaning of house
Make beds and change out linens/towels
Interacts / Communicates with Guests as needed
Take photos of property damage and notify management
Create work tickets for maintenance items and send to maintenance staff
Additional cleaning tasks such as routine deep cleaning
Qualifications:
Vacation home cleaning experience required
Attention to Detail
Well organized and task oriented
Works well independently or as part of a team
Punctual and shows up for scheduled cleans
Personable. Professional. Able to interact with Guests.
Requirements:
Pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation. Property is in Government Camp so 4x4 is preferred. Snow tires and/or chains will be required during winter road conditions.
Ability and willingness to adapt
Strong work ethic and ethical standards
Perform physical labor ongoing basis. Navigate stairs/step ladder. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Work Environment:
Work location is in Government Camp, Oregon. Contract cleaner should be located within reasonable driving distance of Government Camp
Larger luxury home may require a small team of 2+ cleaners during turnovers.
